It is our flattest, straightest, softest wire yet, and more versatile than ever before. Softer copper has many advantages including faster throughput, better yield and a much lower breakage rate for delicate silicon solar cells.

THE TABBING RIBBON

Tab or Tabbing Wire is used to Connect Your Solar Cells In Series To get Your Voltage to Your desired need. When Making A Solar Panel With Solar Cells You Need To Connect Your Solar Cells In Rows. Good Tab Wire Is Made of Copper Coated With Solder For Easy Flow.

PV BUS BAR

Bus Bar Looks Like Tab Wire But is Much Wider. It Is Used to carry the Current Across Each Row. It Is Also Used to Inter Connect Ribbon To The Solar Junction Box.

High Quality Input

Wipe India-PV is rolled from high-purity oxygen free copper round wire and is hot-dip tinned. This state-of-the-art manufacturing technology guarantees consistent quality. We provide all typical coatings, including silver based and RoHS compliant lead-free coatings.

Soldering Quality

We used pure tin & Lead ingots and manufacturing solder stick in house so we provide constant quality of Tin & Lead Composition.

Precision Camber Winding

We give a 2MM Camber center of the spool and perfect winding on both side without gap. We use latest technology machine for accurate winding.

More Output of Stringer Machine

Wipe India-PV's soft copper has a yield strength well below 70 N/mm2 in normal production, which means there is less tension on the solar cells during soldering—so cell breakage is much less likely, which improves overall efficiency of solar PV-module assembly.

High Output of Module

With Wipe India-pv's RIBBON a larger base copper cross-section is possible, improving the ELECTRON flow across cells, improving overall WATT output of each module.
